Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
To confirm your booking, full payment must be completed in advance.
Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or other available options provided at the time of booking.

 

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 72 hours before the tour or failure to show up will not be eligible for any refund.

 

3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days.

Please note that any transaction or administrative fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be returned using the same payment method used during the booking.

 

4. Changes & Adjustments
Dekcab reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety issues, or operational reasons.

In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund.

 

5. Liability & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings at all times.

Dekcab will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the tour.

All participants are required to follow instructions given by the driver or tour guide for safety purposes.

 

6. Punctuality
Guests must be ready at the agreed pick-up point on time.

Late arrivals may result in a shorter tour duration without any refund or compensation.

 

7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend all guests have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, accidents, and trip cancellations.
